Bath and Wellness Options
About our pricing – Our rates are based on regular clients who follow a 4–8 week grooming schedule. Dogs seen regularly are easier to maintain, require less work, and tend to have a more relaxed grooming experience.
Additional charges may apply for dogs with excessive coat, matting, or behavioural challenges that require extra time and care.

Puppy love package
For puppies under 6 months old
The earlier you start the grooming journey with your puppy the better it is for them. Puppies can come from 10-12 weeks of age.
This is a guide only and each session may be slightly different depending on your puppy’s needs and tolerance.
Meet & Treat
A gentle welcome: your puppy explores the studio and outdoor area, has a soft brush on the table, is introduced to some of our tools and enjoys treats and playtime.
Session 1
A calm introduction to bathing with puppy-safe products, a low-noise blow dry, gentle brush-out, nail trim.
Session 2
Same as session 1 but we also begin slow desensitisation to clippers and scissors.
Session 3
Same as Session 2, with added hygiene tidy, face trim, feet tidy.
Session 4
A full puppy groom tailored to your pup’s progress — ending with a cute graduation photo and a certificate to celebrate!
Complete package - $200
Additional Services
Additional Fees (when required)
Matting Fee $20
Applies if matting is present to cover extra time and tool wear.
Flea Bath $20
Automatically added if live fleas are found.
Extra Handling and Support
$20 per 15min
Some dogs require additional time, support, or specialised handling due to behavioural, medical, mobility, or anxiety-related needs. If extra time is required, this fee will be added to the groom. This will always be discussed with you.
